1. TYPE - Small with a strong vigorous well rounded body. Head bold with well developed muzzle, invisible neck. Ears: Strong, erect 10.50-11cm (4.1 - 4.3 inches) Chest: Wide, well muscled as are the shoulders Legs: Medium length and strong. Pelvis: Well developed, rounded of medium height. Belly is tucked up but hidden by the belly fur
2. WEIGHT - kg 2.4B to 3.17(5.1/2 to 71b)
3. FUR - Long, thick, plenty of undercoat and guard hairs. Length of coat not longer than 7cm (2.3/4 ins) and not less than 4cm. (1.3/4 ins) Ideals to 6cm (2.1/2 ins)

5. COLOUR - All colours are recognised. On Whites, Blacks and Havanas, colour is even and intense with lustrous sheen. In Blues top is a pastel blue with matching undercolour. Eyes of whites to be blue or pink. In all other cases eyes to match body colour.
6. CONDITION FAULTS: Bad colour, woolly fur.
DISQUALIFICATIONS - Too light in coat, rusty or patchy in colour. Fur length over 7cm (2.3/4) or under 4cm (1.3/4 ins) White nails or white whiskers on coloured rabbits, wall or odd coloured eyes. Any resemblance to Angora, i.e furnishings on ear tips, excessive woolliness.
